About this site
Channelling You is a curated art shop offering original holistic artwork and custom commission pieces. Every design is created to bring calm, energy, and meaning into your space.
How are products fulfilled?
All physical prints and canvases are produced, packed, and shipped directly by independent third-party print-on-demand providers. Channelling You creates the artwork and curates the collection; the fulfilment partner handles printing, quality control, and delivery on our behalf.
Shipping
All canvas prints are produced and fulfilled by our print partner and are dispatched within 5–7 business days. A custom piece (£10) is a design service, not a shipped item. Your artwork is created within 5–7 days, listed on the custom gallery, and you are emailed a private link. You can then order it as a framed canvas for £45 with free UK delivery.
As a thank you, a unique £10 discount code is emailed to you after you upload your photo. It can be used on any piece in the shop, once, by anyone you choose, and is valid for 30 days.
Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
UK & Europe: 5–10 business days
USA/Canada: 7–14 business days
Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or busy periods. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Returns
Cancellations can be accepted within 24 hours of ordering. After that, we don't offer refunds once an order has been processed — but if there's any problem with your order, please contact us at hello@channellingyou.com and we'll do our best to help.

Digital products
Any digital downloads or audio products are delivered digitally through this site. Support and refunds for digital products are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@channellingyou.com with your order number.
Privacy
We only collect the information needed to process orders and custom piece requests — things like your email, order number, and the photo you choose to upload. Your photo is stored securely and only used to create your artwork. We never sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Order payments are handled by Shopify and their payment providers. For any questions about how your data is used, email hello@channellingyou.com.

By browsing this site and making any purchase, you agree that transactions are processed by third-party fulfilment and payment providers, and that their terms and conditions apply to the production, delivery, and support of physical goods. We reserve the right to update site content, pricing, and availability at any time.
